Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Farmer Onestop we follow all applicable Indian e-commerce and consumer protection regulations. Below is our policy for order cancellations, returns and refunds. If you need help, contact our support team (details at the bottom).

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order only before it is dispatched. Once an order is marked as "Out for Delivery" cancellation is not permitted. Cancellation can be done from My Orders or via Customer Support. Any cancellation charges (if applicable) are disclosed clearly at checkout.

2. Return Policy

Return requests must be raised within 1 day of delivery. Returns are accepted when the product is defective, damaged, expired, incorrect, unused, and in original packaging with proof (images/videos).

3. Delivery Acceptance (Important)

Inspect the product at delivery. If damaged, leaking, expired or incorrect, refuse delivery immediately. Accepting damaged goods may void return eligibility and complicate claims.

4. Special Conditions for Seeds & Pesticides

Opened or used pesticide products are non-returnable due to safety and regulatory reasons. Seeds once opened/used cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect or damage is proven and the product is unused and sealed.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, go to My Orders, select the product and raise a Return Request, or contact support. Our team may request photos/videos and may verify before approval; we arrange pickup where applicable.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality checks. Online payments are typically refunded within 5 to 7 working days; COD refunds may be issued via bank transfer or wallet. Refunds are returned to the original payment method as required by law.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened pesticides or chemical products (unless defective).
  • Used or partially consumed items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
  • Perishable or time-sensitive agricultural inputs.
