Welcome to Farmer Onestop. By accessing or using our website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000; Consumer Protection Act, 2019; and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
“Platform” refers to Farmer Onestop website/app. “We / Us / Our” refers to Farmer Onestop. “User / You” refers to any person accessing or using the platform. “Products” include seeds, pesticides, and agricultural inputs.
Users must be 18 years or older. If you are under 18, usage is allowed only under parent/guardian supervision.
You are responsible for maintaining your account confidentiality. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access.
Farmer Onestop provides an online platform to purchase agricultural products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, limit quantities, or restrict services.
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or correctness. Product images are representational. Product results may vary based on soil conditions, weather, and usage methods.
All prices are in INR (₹). Prices may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, payment failures, or fraud suspicion.
This is governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled. Returns are accepted only under valid conditions (damage/defect) as per our Returns policy.
Delivery timeline: 1 working day (estimated). Delivery may vary due to location, weather, and courier availability. If packaging is damaged, refuse delivery immediately. For remote (ODA) locations, pickup from the courier office may be required.
You agree NOT to upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content; violate laws; attempt unauthorized access; or distribute malware or harmful code.
All content (design, logo, text, graphics) belongs to Farmer Onestop. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Our platform may contain external links. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss due to product misuse, or delays caused by third-party logistics. Use products at your own risk and follow manufacturer instructions.
You agree to indemnify and hold Farmer Onestop harmless against claims arising from misuse of services, violation of these Terms, or legal disputes caused by your actions.
By using our platform, you agree to receive calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages and emails for order updates, offers, and service-related communication.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.
We may suspend or terminate your account if terms are violated or fraudulent activity is suspected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the courts of [Telangana].
